Part of our service is to ensure we provide a realistic assessment of the property to be let out. We will make any recommendations that we feel will increase the rental potential and advise you on current Government legislation.
When instructed to let or let/manage your property, we will prepare concise details of the accommodation and the property will automatically be updated to the leading property portals. Our sophisticated computer system will inform prospective tenants via text messaging and emails, and our property managers will contact the applicants we have on our extensive database. Your property will be displayed in our prominent window display as well as targeted advertisements. Chambers Sales and Lettings has, over the years, built up contacts within the Personnel Departments for a number of the larger local companies, who offer re-location packages for their staff moving into the area.
If you instruct Chambers Sales and Lettings to manage your property, we will ensure you have peace of mind. Having found the most suitable tenants, and after we have referenced and credit searched the applicant, it is our role to deal with the day-to-day management of the tenancy. Your designated Property Manager will be responsible for matters such as gas safety inspections, maintenance, rent collection etc. and we are there to look after your interests and deal with any problems on your behalf. We operate an out of hour’s service which is monitored up until 21:00 every day and available to your tenant should any problems arise out of normal office hours.
